Creamy Parmesan Broccoli dip
Creamy Parmesan-Broccoli Dip

Here’s a riff on that hot cheesy restaurant dip we all love – except this one is low in fat and boasts four cups of delicious broccoli. A good way to make those football game viewing parties a little bit healthier! Download recipe.
  • 2 sprays cooking spray
  • 3/4 pound uncooked broccoli, finely chopped (about 4 c)
  • 10 Tbsp shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 1-quart casserole or pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except 2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese, in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into prepared dish and smooth into an even layer; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake until top is lightly browned and dip is bubbly, 25 minutes. Serve warm with baked chips or fresh vegetables.
