The classic combination of pears and gorgonzola isn’t just for salads. Enjoy this easy delicious meal with your loved ones and friends.

Ingredients

1 flatbread Flatout Light Original flatbread
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 small pear, thinly sliced
3 slices cooked Canadian bacon
1 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1cup fresh spinach, baby variety

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place flatbread on a baking sheet; bake for 2 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with mozzarella. Layer with pears and Canadian bacon; sprinkle with gorgonzola and spinach.
  • Bake until heated through, 4-5 minutes.
